43. Multiply Strings
Practice Multiply Strings for free on NudgeCode: Medium, Array & Hash Table pattern. Write it in Python or JavaScript, run the tests in your browser, and ask for a hint when you are stuck.
num1 and num2 are non-negative integers written as decimal strings. Return their product, also as a string. Don't convert the inputs to built-in integers or use a big-number library: the numbers can be far larger than 64 bits.
Example
num1 = "123", num2 = "456" -> "56088"
Constraints
- 1 <= num1.length, num2.length <= 200
- Both strings contain only digits and have no leading zeros, except the number
"0"itself
